The Sales inbox is broken; automations don't work most of the time, so i am often spot-checking everything in the pipeline. This is where my sales are and where they go to die if i don't watch. All my leads should be in an automation or have a scheduled email for them, when they don't they get lost and die. I would like to know what leads have these "at a glance". it would also be nice if you can customize what fields are displayed on the contact cards in the pipeline.
