Currently, businesses in Overjoy can only be categorized as Lead or Customer, and there isn’t a default option to mark accounts as inactive or uninterested. It would be helpful to have an official “Inactive” category in the pipeline so users can easily separate closed, uninterested, or inactive accounts from active leads. This would allow accounts to remain in the system without cluttering active lists, improving pipeline management and overall organization.
